Estimators are essential at getting customer binding estimate (especially for long distance relocations). Estimators are there to take note of everything being relocated. They can assess the geographical conditions as to accessibility of truck, account for long walks, stairs, parking situation, some buildings have insurance requirements, specific time restrictions for loading docks and elevators, and in some cases a hoisting or a shuttle service may be required.
