Moving Equipment - Different kind and different sizes

TRUCKS

A-Z Moving and Storage has a fleet of trucks and trailers different sizes to accommodate local and local relocations for our residential and commercial customers. Our moving specialists use the dimensions of the trucks and the size of the customers shipments to determine the right size trucks.

Being that moving is not an exact science - we can still figure out an accurate size of the shipment and supply customer with the exact size truck and the team of movers to accommodate smooth relocation in reasonable time.

Small Moving Trucks 14' to 17'	Straight Moving Trucks 24', 26' and 28'

Local moves are performed by a fleet of straight moving trucks ( trucks' dimensions are discribed below)

- Studio and 1 bedroom apartments can be moved by smaller moving trucks that have 14' to 17' long boxes.

- 2 to 3 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom to small 3 bedroom houses can be moved by 24' to 26' trucks.

- 3 to small 4 bedroom houses can be moved by 28' moving trucks.

- 4 bedroom houses and larger may need help of 2 truck loads. If the distance between the pickup and delivery location is not too great (up to but not over 15 miles), one crew can make 2 quick trips with one truck. However, if the distance is greater than 15 miles, we recommend to send 2 moving trucks.

Each residence is different in size, that's why for larger households, such as 3 bedroom homes and larger, we strongly recommend on-site estimates. Our estimator will determine the size of the load and send the right size truck or trucks with appropriate amount of movers to make sure that local move is complete in one day.

Long Distance moves are assigned large straight trucks or tractor trailers.

- Moves with radius of 900 plus miles are made by our 53' trailers.

- Moves with a radius under 900 mile are usually performed by a 26' to 28' straight moving trucks.

A-Z Moving and Storage trucks and trailers are fully equipped with necessary moving equipment.
